Move smarter. Handle pressure. Feel confident in your own skin.

Body-smart yoga built for physical agility and emotional resilience - from the sports pitch to the classroom carpet.

Add a little more flex into your life.

Welcome! I'm Nicole, a 500-hour trained yoga teacher with a deep love for functional anatomy and a firm belief that movement should never take itself too seriously.

I combine deep anatomical knowledge with a warm, playful approach.  Whether that's teaching teens and young athletes how to stay injury free on the pitch, helping pre and primary school children manage big emotions through breathwork, or guiding adults towards pain-free movement - we make yoga practical, powerful, and genuinely fun.

In the Zone

Definition:

Happy or excited to be doing something very skilfully and easily.  To be in a state of focussed concentration and enjoyment while performing an activity. To perform exceptionally well.

"I would definitely recommend 'In the Zone Yoga' to people of all ages, because I think that the way Nicole teaches is really helpful.  She ensures you relax and get full recovery and strength in all of your muscles. I found it really fun and it definitely benefits me in all my sports."
